Our last trip to Utah, we went to Temple Square to show Elijah the temple (and it was also around our anniversary and that's where Jed proposed). But since then Elijah has been asking to go to the temple. It's so cute. Every time he sees the Disney castle he would say "it's the temple, I want to go to the temple". Well, we went to hear our friends speak in church last Sunday and their building is huge. It's two stories and has four chapels. So when Elijah saw it he thought it was the temple. We told him it wasn't the temple and explained it was a church and it then it became the "castle church". But from then on he insisted on going to the temple.

So we decided for Family Home Evening we would take him to the Sacramento Temple. It's so nice that we live so close and we can take advantage of going as often as we want. We wanted to explain the differences between castles and temples to him. It was a lot of fun. Elijah loved the temple and the angel Moroni on top (and the fountain). It was fun telling him that is where we were sealed and that because of that we get to be a family for all of eternity.
